The stylish solution for the toughest conditions

Finishes

Just because your project demands a cladding solution which delivers outstanding durability in an aggressive environment doesn't mean you have to compromise on important aesthetic qualities.

PERMALITE® building solutions are available in a variety of finishes, profiles and standard colours. For larger projects custom colours may be available by negotiation.

All PERMALITE® cladding profiles can be specified in a choice of three finishes.

Mill Finish – Gives PERMALITE® cladding a smooth, lustrous finish which will dull relatively quickly by a weathering process which enhances its natural corrosion resistance.

Stucco Embossed Finish – Modifies the Mill Finish to reduce the reflectance in applications where this is required.

Painted Finish – Choose from a range of popular colours selected to suit every application from a seaside, five-star resort to a chemical plant or a coal loader.

Aluminium provides a superior painting base for paint systems. Before roll forming, the paint is applied to the coiled sheet by reverse roller coating and heat curing on paint lines employing the latest painting technology.

The paint systems commonly used are:

  1. Polyesters - These coatings have outstanding colour and gloss retention characteristics and are suitable for exterior roofing and walling applications in all but the most severe environments.
  2. Fluorocarbons - Premium coatings with excellent weatherability and durability. These coatings are recommended for severe marine and industrial environments.
Permalite Colours

Other colours may be available by negotiation dependent on the size of the project.

Please note: The PERMALITE® colours shown have been reproduced to represent actual product colours as accurately as possible. However, we recommend checking your chosen colour against an actual sample of the product before purchasing, as varying light conditions and limitations of the printing process affect colour tones.
