  Our manufacturing processes are fully automatic, using sophisticated air bending robotics that offers tremendous accuracy and repetition, 0.3mm in every direction. This allows for an amazing open jointed system with clean lines.
  
  
• Enhanced performance through pressure equalisation
  BlueScope facade system incorporates a double skin system opening up new possibilities for creative designs that are intelligently adapted to environmental conditions. The system includes an airgap that will be ventilated to the outside and fully seald to the inside, this allows for pressure equalisation which prevents the water droplets following any air movement from reaching thinner air-seal. The inner air-seal is protected from rain and sun therefore providing an extended durability. The pressure equalisation principles were developed because single seal systems have failed and require regular maintenance and the full replacement of the outer sealant.
