AZURE™

Designed for simple and precise installation, our interlocking square or rectangular panels are screwed to the light weight supporting structure that is the basis of all BlueScope facade systems. Each panel is configured of sheet metal bent at all four sides to create cassette style panels. Edges may be bent inwards or outwards, depending on the panel type and fixing methodology.

All panels are manufactured with pre-punched fixing and drainage holes in the bottom flange for adequate secondary water drainage. The design of the AZURE™ panel system ensures it may be used as pressure equalized panels.

AZURE™ facade panels are available in two different styles which produce distinctly different effects.

AZURE™ panels are available in a variety of depths, height, length and joint width dimensions to ensure maximum facade design versatility whatever you specification and requirements. Use different panel sizes and colours or different joint widths to change the rhythm of the facade surface.

The AZURE™ facade range comes with corner and pitched cassettes to account for typical building details, and can be further enhanced by custom designed elements such as flashings, round columns, internal and external corners as well as window and door trims.

There are two options available in the AZURE™ range: AZURE™ 100 and AZURE™ 200

AZURE™ 100

AZURE™ 100 panels offer a flat and attractive appearance designed with all 4 edges bent outwards. These bends create a flange serving as the fixing mechanism to the supporting battens. The AZURE™ 100 façade system has visible fixings and a panel depth generally equal to the joint dimension.

The versatile sizing options can be specifically tailored to your project requirements. AZURE™ 100 panels can be installed bottom to top, or top to bottom with installation direction critical to manufacture. A number of flashing options are available to complement the product and give a perfect finish to the façade system.

Visible Fixing

AZURE™ 200

Similarly to AZURE™ 100, the AZURE™ 200 panel design offer flat surfaces with attractive straight joints and is our most popular profile. The panels are designed with a combination of bends to form a concealed fixing system. The top edge of the panel is fixed to the supporting batten, and the bottom edge of the following panel engages this edge, concealing the fixings. The vertical edges of the panel are bent inwards, exposing the supporting battens (which are generally colour matched to the panel).

AZURE™ 200 panels are designed to install bottom to top and the unique effect is enhanced by a fixed fixing system that is totally concealed but achieved without the need for sealant in joints.
