The Butler™ system is a unique pre-punched modular system. Unlike conventional systems,  a modular system requires no on site modifications nor labour intensive tasks to erect.

The secret to the system is in the detail associated with the erection resulting in fast, precise installation and long term performance.

 

 

Frame to Column Connection

Multiple Options - Ease of Installation 

  • The Butler™ system offers options for top or vertical bolting to suit builder and site requirements. 
  • By offering multiple options, the Butler™ system allows the erector to stage the primary structural/bracing sequence to meet site requirements. 
  • The Butler™ system top-bolted connection allows beam to rest on column.

Girt Connection

Girt Cleat Option - Faster Installation and Fewer Parts 

  • The system options allow the girt cleat to be bolted on-site or factory welded to the column.
  • Pre-punched holes make for fast and accurate bolting on-site.
  • Girts can be by pass or flush.
  • C Channel or “core wall” girt can be used to support a non-load bearing tilt wall.

Butler™ design eliminates the girt channel at exterior
