UNISON® walling elements cleverly integrate the steel frame, aluminium extrusions, cladding, top hats, insulation, backpan and vapour barrier into one single panel.

Every panel is efficiently assembled off-site and fixed directly to the slab from the inside, saving you precious time and resources and giving you better value for money. These walling elements can span from slab to slab and incorporate punched windows or can be designed to accommodate ribbon windows.

Reliability

The air gap (A) is ventilated to the outside but fully sealed to the inside; this allows for pressure equalisation which prevents the water droplets following any air movement from reaching the inner air-seal. The inner air seal is protected from the rain and sun therefore providing an extended durability.

The pressure equalisation principles were developed because single seal systems have failed and require regular maintenance and the full replacement of the outer sealant.

Waterproofing is done off site.

The walling system allows for slab movements and thermal expansion.

Ribbon Windows

Walling elements are assembled and clad off-site, then directly fixed to the slab from inside the building. Sub-head and sub-seal are also fixed to panels off-site. Then windows will be installed on-site between the walling elements from inside the building.

Punched Windows

Walling elements including windows will be pre-assembled and clad off-site and will be fixed to the slab from the inside.

Maximum width of walling elements is 2.5m and maximum height is 3.5m.
